Episode 175 - Embracing the unknown allows for surprises
In the New Age we are often presented parroted ideology absent of actual substance. It’s uncommon to encounter individuals capable of exiting the carousel of conventional conversation of groupthink and braving the wilds of their own brain. Terence Mckenna said a shaman is the figure at the beginning of human history who unites the doctor, the scientist, and the artist into a single notion of care-giving and creativity. As we stand at a turning point in human history the shaman archetype is needed now more than ever before. Today’s guest, a modern mystic in her own right, embodies the traits of a true shaman and then some. Her presence is helping heal the collective consciousness by exposing the truth of her experience, she is a witness to the liminal space between our world and what lies beyond the veil, boasting a name that invokes the essence of an elvish warrior priestess while exhibiting a beauty that is only surpassed by the intrigue of her aura, her wealth of wisdom and her innate ability to positively impact our paradigm. An artistic essential oil apothecary, intuitive tarot reader, reiki healer and teacher.Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Eranah Adorjan.———————Eranah’s——————Ross’ Become a supporter of this podcast: This podcast is sponsored by Anchor
Episode 157 - If, Should and Try: Sublte thieves of joy
Welcome fellow Phoenixes. Regular listeners of this podcast and those who have explored some self-healing or esoteric concepts understand the power of words. Some of the words commonly used in our culture are obviously unhealthy for our own well being. Other words tend to be more subtle. They silently start our self-destructive thoughts, fuel alternate realities, construct anxiety-ridden realms, and set us up for failure before we even begin. Today we will talk about IF, Should and Try.___Headlines___Researchers discover a system with three Earth-sized planets Genetic Study Reveals 90 Percent Of Earth’s Animals Appeared At The Same Time…/massive-genetic-study-reveals-90…____If. Episode 150 - Outside issues reflecting inside issues
Welcome fellow Phoenixes. When the world treats us harshly or it’s easy to become resentful, angry and into a panic state. We can easily shift from a state of peace and tranquillity to tension, resistance and anxiety. When this occurs expecting the outside surroundings to change if we just push harder, suck it up and grind to the mirage on the horizon all will be well. Right? What if I told you that the situations outside of you are all reflections of what is going on within you? Those in a hurry do not arrive. - Zen SayingThis card is calling you to focus on your breath and thoughts you hold. In ancient texts and traditions, it was stated that divinity exists in the spaces between our breaths. Consciously breathing deep and developing a pause in between inhales and exhales is a medicine of the highest quality. The medicinal quality of our breathing is established on the basis of our thoughts. When our thoughts are soiled with self-obsession, lust, greed, anger, fear and sadness it stains every other area of our life. When we can focus on breathing a little deeper, we can focus on exhaling those difficult feelings and inhaling what we want in our lives. The more we shift our focus to the positive, the easier the deeper breathing will be, the easier the positive comes to us. It is a self-perpetuating cycle, sometimes we may slip up but we don't need to reinvent the wheel, we just need to recalibrate ourselves and keep moving forward. My Poetry Book, Vagrant Verses, all of my links, services, etc can be found at this link Become a supporter of this podcast: This podcast is sponsored by Anchor
