Welcome to The Mom Sync! We are 4 women living in Silicon Valley. We moved here from different parts of the world with our husbands to take jobs in the tech industry. We found each other and quickly turned from friends into family. We are all raising daughters and are discovering motherhood at different points. It's been great to share our lives, tips, and daily challenges with each other and now we want to share them with you!

In this episode we discuss we take a look back at our first month as a new mom. Tamara, just had her baby girl Adeline and shares her experience. We all have pretty dramatic birthing stories. But, the moment we left the hospital got even more interesting as we learned to navigate motherhood. It's a lot to learn and we are still learning!
