America is on the move like never before. For many, the driver is as much political as it is economic. According to the U.S. Census Bureau; California, New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Illinois lost a combined 4 million residents between 2010 and 2019.
The term "Leftugee" has been coined to describe citizens who are leaving predominately Blue States for Red States. On this episode, we will be covering the top five reasons why this might be the case and uncover a few interesting (and strange) findings along the way. For example, in California, consumers pay a 33% tax on fruit when it’s purchased from a vending machine.
