Rachel Kelly Davis is a storyteller with a diverse background in communications, including marketing, public relations, and investor relations. She has gone through one or two of her own life pivots, and is currently the Operations Director of BDI Capital, a venture builder based in Hong Kong.

Her diverse experiences, from media sales to journalism, have culminated in co-founding ventures like Full Suite, SPARQ, Homegrown Media, and co.lab, all aimed at fostering business, entrepreneurship, and community growth. A recent graduate of the Inner MBA program, Danella infuses purpose and mindfulness into her work and life.
