I find this such a sad story. Andrew was slow and easily manipulated. Doesn’t excuse him but, damn, how sad.
Mike is kind of a dick and a little full of himself but he makes a deeply insightful intriguing podcast and often does some profound narration. I agree with the caller at the end of this episode but it won't stop me from listening. Not that Mike or anyone reading this give a shit....just throwing my two cents into a sea of loose change.
That shit at the end is exactly what got him in trouble the last time with his podcast. dude doesn't understand for some reason that he's passing judgment on people that obviously have problems and it's kind of like making fun of someone who's mentally disabled.
How good was the sex that Cindy was offering that poor young man?? Also, she was obviously a paedo cos who sleeps with some little 20 yr old at the age of 46? 🤮🤢
This kid had deeper problems, probably including many unknowns, that have nothing to do with "a sheltered life" and "being homeschooled". If he had not been homeschooled, I would hate to think of the kinds of crap he would have had to put up with AT school. Because school can be a sh$%%y Hell of one kind too. As far as unknowns, things like prenatal drug and alcohol exposure, inherited conditions, exposure to violence and severe neglect as an infant, etc.could be at play here. Many adoptive parents embrace these unknowns. And then after all,, sometimes it does not matter how much "life experience" and "school" someone has (and I hardly think his "homeschooling" parents kept him isolated and locked in the barn), because these unknowns have come more sharply into play in a world where there are some evil manipulative people.
Easy to hate everything about them when you know what they did. But come on now. A LOT of people look like "a bridge troll" or are a "simpleton". Maybe most people, depending how high your bar is. A lot of people have their various issues including mental illnesses, disorders, learning disabilities. Those in and of themselves are not among the qualities that make a person evil, or make them acceptable to hate on.
good lord, the email at the end lol!!!!!!

Sith?
Cindy Lou really looks like a Bridge Troll! Andrew obviously didn't care about his beloved's outer appearance..."I have thyroid" - who doesn't 😂 But seriously, all the health issue crap she claimed she has, it's just from being overweight - losing 50kg would've done wonders for her blood pressure, insuline levels and creaky joints. The fake laugh of the detectives really cracked me up, they probably thougt „aaargh, TMI, Cindy, shuddup!” 😄 👮:„ »I just love her«...and I'm, like, what?! “ The sound quality of the interviews, though - is it just me? Could anyone else understand what Andrew was saying?
