In this episode Emma McDonald and I have a great chat about connecting to the other side. The most intriguing things in life can be the mysteries and things we can't physically see. We are all energy and have so much hidden ability which can be unlocked when we learn to trust.
I recently did a personal reading with Emma and connected to my late father and great Uncle and it was quite profound, opening up some learnings for me to slow down, be more present, and spend more time creating with my hands around old cars and machinery where I am happy and content.
Emma is a holistic health coach, yoga instructor and medium.
