Description
Andreas consumed "legal highs" which led to an out-of-body experience. They felt disconnected from their body and questioned existence, comparing the sensation to being in a video game. After observing their own heart beating from outside their body, they were jolted back to reality with a dangerously fast heart rate. Seeking medical help, their condition stabilized after a few hours. This experience made the author reflect on consciousness, its possible existence beyond the physical, and its relation to quantum physics, advocating for empirical exploration over mere beliefs.
