Karen Hutchinson and Francesca Berry are Partners in the Commercial Litigation department at Stewarts. After coming together as a pair on a trial basis over 8 years ago, they have since been promoted twice as a pair, firstly to Legal Directors and then to Partners.
In this episode, they talk about the process of applying for partnership together, why their clients are overwhelmingly positive about their jobshare arrangement and how jobsharing has been a gamechanger for them both - giving them the ability to separate and prioritise their work and personal lives.
