He has opened, taken over and sold podiatry clinics in both the UK and in Ireland and at one stage ran seven podiatry clinics across Ireland. Now he's helping healthcare business owners to grow their practices and get more patients using effective marketing and efficient practice management skills. He works directly with practices to establish plans and put techniques and strategies into place to better market themselves and manage their practices to achieve their goals.
