In this first solo episode, I’m talking about why it’s so hard to face seeing people for who they really are, rather than who we wish they could be. I explore why letting go of this idealised version is so challenging and how it can bring up complex emotions, such as grief and the fear of loneliness.

I also share tools to help you gain clarity and move forward, freeing yourself from the grip of expectations that come with holding on to these idealised versions of others.

Happy listening.
