Synopsis: Rob is having fun getting back into some classic PC gaming with Quake Live. He also experiences some pretty poor customer service recently with a couple of businesses. Jim spends his weekend with family seeing Jess' grandparents, Aunt, and Uncle. They also have a great outing with Jim's Mom in Port Dalhousie, Ontario.
