Tom is a 2x college dropout who was  born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina. 

He first dropped out of college because he had the entrepreneurial bug. Then he dabbled in cleaning houses, selling basketball sneakers, and later went back to school.

Tom left college again and ended up getting his real estate license and becoming an agent.

Tom knew it wasn’t for him, but through networking, he learned about wholesaling. By using his social reach on Facebook, Tom was able to make $10k in his first wholesale deal.

With $0 in marketing, Tom made 18k in 5 weeks just wholesaling. He was hooked on wholesaling.

Tom joined my mentorship program and was able to do more in a quarter than what he set for himself in a year.
