This week the boys travelled to see a true legend in Welsh ultra running history, Mr Rhys Jenkins.


Rhys has completed some of the hardest races out there including The Badwater Ultramarathon 'the world's' toughest footrace.


Not only is he a badass runner he's also a badass event organiser, along side his wife Cerys they have created a truly special running community in Pegasus Ultra Running where cut off times are not a thing and a sense of fun and adventure are.
