Retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a relatively uncommon cause of ureteric obstruction, and is a topic which many FRCS(Urol) candidates will be wary of.  Thankfully, Sophia and Hari are joined this week by Tim O'Brien, Consultant Urologist, former BAUS president, and internationally renowned expert on RPF.  In this unmissable episode, Tim talks us through the management of RPF from diagnosis to ureterolysis.
