We are lucky to have Lauren Mendoza on the podcast who is the owner of Slack Tide Sea Salt out of York Harbor, Maine. Slack Tide harvests salt water from outside of York Harbor and evaporates it in greenhouses to sell handcrafted sea salt. They have fostered deep connections in the Town of York and partner up with local non-profits like the York Historical society to help them fundraise at their upcoming annual auction.
