Do you discriminate against people based on their age?
 No?
 Lies. You do. 
It's called implicit ageism and you don't even know that you do it. 
In this episode I highlight the common forms of ageism out there, as subtle as they are.  Perhaps if you recognise these in yourself you can do something to stop perpetuating the problem. 
I don't have any solutions about how as a society we're going to win the fight against ageism but I certainly do have strong opinions.
