Description

TMI is a "for the students, by the students" podcast hosted by the AOM Entrepreneurship Division, where students are able to ask questions and get to know faculty and others in the field.

We're officially in Season 2! This season we focus on well-being, and one of the things that plagues all of us in academia is imposter syndrome. In this month's episode Ashley and Joshua interview James Vardaman, who talks about his experiences with imposter syndrome, his path to get to this stage of his career, and his advice on how PhD students can avoid or overcome their own "imposter" feelings. You can reach James through his email at jvardamn@memphis.edu.
