It's that time of year, and hopefully, you have been setting goals for 2023—but, it's not too late to start!
I recently met with a client, and we were starting their 2023 planning, and I asked them what their goals are for the year.
They responded with a question that I get all the time. "You mean my marketing goals?"
My response was to say, no, I mean the business goals.
Your business goals should drive your marketing efforts. If your marketing isn't supporting your overall business goals, then what's the point?
I love setting 7-10 goals that are both personal and business related. They are SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based).
In this Imperfect Marketing Brief, I share a few of my 2023 goals.
