In October of 2015, then Detroit-based stripper and waitress A'Ziah Zola King went viral with a 148-tweet saga about a hellish road trip to Tampa with another dancer that quickly spun out of control. Zola, the feature film inspired by the tweets, opened in US theaters on June 30th. Jessica Forgie’s real-life sex trafficking survival story begins right where the film ends.
