This episode is interview with the CDC's Division Director for the Division of Human Development and Disability at the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, Dr. Georgina Peacock. Dr. Peacock directs the CDC’s public health approach, which helps people with disabilities get the most out of life. She is also on the CDC's emergency response team for the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experiences have taught her an incredible amount of health disparities, which she shares with us in this episode.
