In this episode, I'm honoured to have a very insightful and deep chat with Halima and Amira, two Palestinian American licensed clinical professional counsellor who founded Amaly.

Amaly's goal is to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health in our communities by providing services and psycho-education through workshops, group sessions, and individual sessions.
