He's upping sticks and moving to the land of his legend of a father-in-law (dear) Tim, who is an American icon. So he thought to himself, "what is the one thing that the state of Texas, or TX if you like to shorten it, doesn't have that dear Dublin has or had and I can recreate it o'er there?"
