Episode 714: Anchored in God’s Love

in Colossians 2:6-19, we are reminded to continue to live our lives in God, rooted and built up in God, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” That is our true anchor. Some of us may need to revisit what we’ve been taught, and there may be others who did not have the opportunity to learn. It is never too late to learn.
We can easily get caught up on the trappings of the day. It is easy to lose sight of what is important as we find ourselves glued to screens all day long. It takes some effort to remember to ground ourselves in God’s word. That grounding not only brings us back to our true senses, it also helps to heal a world in need of such healing.
Anchor yourself in God.
