2019 Holiday Conflict Prevention & Resolution Podcast

Happy Holidays You'all

I hope that your enjoying pumpkin spice everything and all of the other holiday flavors this holiday season.

This 2019 Holiday Podcast going to be all about Conflict Prevention & Resolution this holiday season with your people.

This podcast will cover what is a monitored exchange and why would co-parents want to utilize a monitored exchange?

This podcast will cover newly created co-parenting resources.

This podcast will provide tips on how to manage people that you love and people that you hate this holiday season so that hopefully you can have a more functional life and a more joyful holiday season.

A monitored exchange is a service provided by certain police departments, community resource centers and counseling centers. A monitored exchange is where co-parents can utilize a safe and neutral location to exchange their children for the purpose of supervised visitation.

Some co-parents may be court ordered to utilize monitored exchanges while others do so voluntarily due to ongoing conflicts.

svnworldwide.org/providers.asp is a website where some monitored exchange centers choose to be located.

Recently, I have noticed that there are a number of co-parenting resources via various websites and apps that offer a myriad of communication tools for co-parents. Some of these co-parenting resources feature:

* Enabling judges, lawyers, mediators to access and monitor ongoing communication.

* Calendars to schedule children's activities.

* Coordination of payment for childrens' needs.

Many people struggle with difficult n' laws. Thus it may be worth considering having difficult relatives:

* Stay in a neutral location such as a hotel.

* Having a holiday dinner with family in a neutral location such as a restaurant.

* Visit at neutral community holiday events away from non-neutral relatives' homes or your home.
