On this episode of the show we welcome on Roger Watling from Run Walk Local, which is a fun and friendly and very welcoming 2k and 5k community run that takes place every Sunday at 09:30 . The event start is located at Hillsea Lido, and has been taking place since it was first formed, originally as part of the Great Run organisation. Now, in it's newer form, as Run Walk Local, volunteers continue to put on these events every week. Another excellent running option for the people of Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
