Brian Evans is a mad scientist when it comes to cocktails, he's developed the bars for Sunday Hospitality (Sunday in Brooklyn, Rule of Thirds and Sibling Rivalry and Pilot Bar in the Hoxton hotel in LA). We chat cocktails, life before bars traveling in a metal band, cult classic films and hidden talents.
