Why is prioritizing yourself so hard? For the longest time, I ignored #selflove because I grew up thinking it was selfish. Throughout my journey, I've learned to reprogram false beliefs but sometimes it takes longer to unravel certain things. Especially when you're the eldest daughter of immigrant parents.
