Many of you might think that you made your ad copy correct. But what you don't realize is what words you have used in the copy which might be against the Facebook ads policy. 1-  Review your ad copy once.
2- Check for the error message.
3- If it's misleading or MLM or any other error
4- Identify the words as per the user which words are Guaranteeing
5- Make changes to your copy and resubmit.
6- If the error is for video or an image check if you have added some buttons or any signs which Facebook considers as a policy violation.
