Fallacy: Wheat-based sourdough bread is not safe for someone with Celiac or Gluten Sensitivity to eat. There is nothing about the fermenting process that "neutralizes" the gluten.

General Mills is proposing a ‘Gluten Friendly’ line of products for use in commercial settings. These products aren’t made with gluten ingredients but don’t go further then that in terms of safety. ⭐️ This term is misleading, confusing and the products are most likely not safe.
