From Romans 1:16 –17, he highlighted Martin Luther’s discovery that salvation is not earned by works but received as a gift of God through faith alone—a truth that opened the “gateway to paradise.” The five Solas remind us today that according to Scripture alone, salvation is in Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone, for the glory of God alone.
