Welcome Back to the Minute 60 seconds, something interesting, just enough to get you started. I’m your host Carlton, lets begin.
Today I want to talk about one of the most useful loops that we can establish. It is called a feedback loop. This is a cycle of action followed by critique. This leads to improved action and so the loop goes. It requires a couple of things. You must first get started and you also need to be open to critique.
One might be easier for you than the other, but you must have both.
