In addition to discussing safe dating practices, our friend Zubair Sher Singh Kalsia, an HIV positive man himself, joins us to share his perspective, support, and resources for the HIV+ community. Zubair’s insights bring hope and encouragement for all seeking acceptance and love.

2) Akash, a 19-year-old student from UP, shares how he’s struggled in past relationships with straight men, only to find himself rushing into a new connection. We explore why it’s so important to break patterns, trust in self-love, and stop overextending for those who don’t reciprocate. Relationships should be a balance, and finding that takes patience and self-respect.

3) Mandy, 24, from Pune, has always been considered the “mature one” but feels increasingly isolated and anxious. Despite a strong support system, he feels homesick and disconnected. We discuss LGBTQ+ mental health, especially around loneliness, and the importance of seeking support, whether it’s from family, friends, or mental health professionals.
