Raul from Florida flying cars. We’re here to do another project for them. Right now what we’re doing is we’re trying to do a change of use for a building to bring it into compliance. The building we’re actually standing behind,
So you guys sell all types of used cars, right?
How long have you guys been doing this?
For over 15 years. There’s only two owners here. And then they started by themselves, you know, there was the the salespeople, that mechanic, everything
They started, and then deal in Hollywood, small business, and then they start going, right, yeah,
We want to make sure that all the buildings are in compliance. And what’s really important when you bring the buildings in compliance, you know that there’s no open permits or code violations, and they’re being used correctly. And for that, you can use Reliable Lien Search, an amazing search company to know that your building is in the right zoning, it doesn’t have any municipal liens and code violations. When Nixon and I were working for Miami Gardens, we were dealing with all the signage on this corridor. So when the city of Miami Gardens incorporated in 2003, they wanted to bring the area up with landscaping and things like that and signage. So that is an amazing story of a small business that grew and, you know, large properties and large dealerships so we’re with Florida Fine Cars here today. We help them in West Palm and we’re here in the city of Miami Gardens, trying to bring everything into compliance and resolution the easiest way possible.
