We talk about the pro and cons of buying resale but also why working with a realtor is better than working with a New Build Sales person. Buying a home doesn't need to be difficult. You are in charge of who will represent you as your realtor. Don't let the realtor decide that for you. They are here to help you and do what ever they can to make this as painless and as fast as possible. Ask your questions. Share your concerns and develop a business friendship with your realtor. With out you they aren't in business and without them things would be a-lot harder for you to make your dreams come true of finding and owning your dream home.
