"Balance, I think, is such a difficult thing for people to achieve because there are so much of this all or nothing mindset. So, there's this, you know, if I eat this, I'm bad or if I have that, I'm good, right and then we have this way of thinking and then we feel like we're sinking and then we feel like we're on top of the world. And then it's just this emotional rollercoaster but I promise you that you can have balance, that you can have all the things…you can have a social life without feeling guilt and shame. The next day you can have a glass of wine without having the thought of I was bad. You can have a cookie, it is okay. All of it is okay. It's just you have to get to the point where it's like, okay, I can balance all this. I can definitely have my cake and eat it too, per se, right? It's just all about the balance."
