"What this is all about, is to help you to find that balance and to help you to really be in a place of giving yourself some grace and knowing that you can have it all. Like, you don't have to choose. You don't have to have that feeling of, okay, I got to be good or bad. So, I want you to ask yourself this question. How would your life change if you felt more comfortable with your food choices, not having the guilt, the all or nothing mindset, or feeling like you have to choose being good or bad? How would your life change? I know for me it was like the biggest ticket to freedom. Once I finally figured that out, once I finally got to a place of contentment and feeling like, Yeah, I can do this, I can have that balance. It's no big deal."
