Movement requires energy. To continuously progress in our lives and achieve our goals, we must find the right fuel to push forward.
There are many methods that we as people use to summon energy to get us up and going.
We set goals and quite often use terms like “motivation” as the root word to describe our desire or energy that we feel to accomplish what we set out for ourselves.
Just as not all carbohydrates are created equally, the same can be concluded about motivation. The source in which it is derived from can greatly determine the sustainability of the energy you receive from it.
Monica and I dig deeper into the setting goals for ourselves and question the types of motivation that fuel us to move forward in our lives.
The question that we have for you all is… “Are you the type of person to set specific long-term goals or are more likely to set short-term goals to propel you forward from day-to-day? What methods do you utilize to motivate yourself in achieving these goals?”
I’m sure we all have our own unique ways in how we go about our aspirations which Monica and I find intriguing.
