A bit about my Guest Lydia:
Lydia Moussa is a Change expert, she combines knowledge and evidence from her PhD in change implementation research, with nearly 10 years of change experience to help teams achieve successful, human-centred organisational transformation.
 
 Her expertise in change has led her to publish her work in the Journal of Change Management, speak at national and international conferences, teach the change topic in the Advanced MBA at the University of Technology Sydney, and work with leaders to bring change to life.
 
She has worked with organisations in various industries including, The University of Technology Sydney, The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, NSW Department of Education, Australian Digital Health Agency, National Australia Bank, Roche, Unilever, Bupa Dental among others.
 
 She has led a variety of large scale national transformation projects across multiple sites and functions, with a diverse range of stakeholder groups. These have involved adoption of technology, transforming organisational culture, rebuilding business workflow and processes, designing and implementing services, building internal change capabilities through training, as well adapting to new ways of working including agile.
