Flow with me in the beautiful nature of The Netherlands β™‘ We're welcoming the season of spring through heart-opening asanas and lots of balances to ground and flourish. Let's celebrate this new chapter of hope and plant the seeds for new beginnings 🌸 Today’s Yoga class is a bit of a workout as we flow through standing balances, lunges and warriors, strengthening the lower body and core. We’re adding in some deep hamstring stretches as well as grounding postures to calm the mind and to allow the body to rest.
