How many of you reading this still work a 9-5 while pursuing music? I'm willing to bet the answer was yes for most if not all. Working a day job and pursuing music is hard as hell. It's seriously tough work but let this episode be a testament that it can be done. I was blessed enough to cross paths with phenomenal artist, marketer, consultant, public speaker Ace Patterson aka Ace Legit. He works at Google by day and by night he is a charting hip hop artist. The way he manages the balance with finesse and grace is remarkable. He and I talk deeply into what fuels him to manage himself this way.
