This topic might not be about being a woman in your 40s, however I felt it relevant, because I am a mother of a child that falls under the LGBTQ plus rainbow and I’ve had to learn to navigate through these tough topics with an open heart and an open mind. 

My good friend, Dustin, aka Karen A. Crystal(/Krystina) has recently began his/her journey into the art of Drag, or what the community calls a Queen Baby, and I became fascinated. So when I had the opportunity to hang out for an evening with him, play dress up, twirl and dance around while playing Taylor Swift and drinking wine, naturally I JUMPED on that!  

I feel very fortunate to have such a beautiful friend, inside and out, who would allow me to ask the questions that many of us probably have had in our minds but never had the chance to ask. And how else are we going to educate ourselves if we don't ask? 

So, with a little pink bubbly truth serum, we dive into the world of the Rainbow Warrior.
