My new release is available everywhere! “Reflections” blends jazz and electronica, featuring a warm and mellow sound that reflects the autumn mood. The track is a 3/4 modal composition born years ago, forgotten somewhere in my hard drive, and reprised to create a relaxing listening experience. The drum part features a jazz-funk groove in the main section, essentially consisting of a tight bass drum pattern, snare on the second beat, and an 8th-note ride cymbal pattern embellished with 16th notes. Along with the previous single “Yardbird Suite,” the track will be part of an EP to be released in the next months for Timeless Music Records.
