As humans, grief and anxiety are two emotions that drag us down spiritually. This is why we enjoy fresh starts and chances to renew our spirituality. As Dhul Hijjah leaves us, we are greeted with Muharram and the Islamic New Year. This is a chance to improve our relationship with Allah SWT, with a sense of renewed joy.
We host Ustadh Ubaydallah Evans, a resident scholar with the ALIM Program, and World-Renowned Artist Mohamed Youssef from Egypt as we look to prepare for the Islamic New Year with a great performance and discussions about how to build great habits.
