Here's your So Cal 7-day surf forecast starting tomorrow:

Saturday, December 23rd: Expect small NW swell mix with generally clean conditions and favorable wind. Surf will be waist high and below, even at the better breaks.

Sunday, December 24th: A fun bump of NW swell fills in for Sunday-Monday at top winter breaks under fair weather and favorable morning wind. We're looking at waist to chest high surf at the better winter spots in Ventura, parts of OC, and San Diego.

Monday, December 25th: Heading into Christmas Day, expect similar conditions to Sunday. A new pulse of NW swell continues, especially in parts of Ventura, Orange County, and San Diego seeing waist up to chest-high surf.

Tuesday, December 26th: Confidence is high for an active storm period with a series of NW swells moving in. Expect the chest-shoulder high range at the better breaks. Assume favorable wind and weather conditions for the first half of the week.

Wednesday, December 27th: The wave action continues in a similar way as Tuesday, with a good chance of reaching head high to a bit overhead at standout spots in Southern Ventura and San Diego.

Thursday, December 28th: The fun continues as larger westerly swells begin to make an appearance. The better breaks are likely to push into an overhead range, with standout spots potentially hitting the double overhead surf.

Friday, December 29th: The trend continues from Thursday with sizeable westerly swells. The prognosis is favorable wind into the end of the week, but bear in mind the weekend might see increased onshore wind.

Based on these predictions, your best days to hit the surf would be Tuesday, December 26th, and Wednesday, December 27th, due to the favorable swell height and conditions.
