Jennifer provides education, empowerment and support for line managers to better understand mental illness; enabling a workforce who can flourish in the workplace. Jennifer is approved by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver their 2 day Adult course and certify Mental Health First Aiders.

In the last 12 months Jennifer has adapted her focus to also include individuals, sole business owners or leaders in small businesses. This focus has been primarily around their own wellbeing, in particular how to maintain a healthy work and home life balance while staying productive, and most importantly being able to switch off from work.

Jennifer employs her skills as a coach as well as her expertise in corporate wellness to enable her clients to better look after themselves and support others.
