Meet Karen Smith who found her home in the post-production facilities of Soho, resulting in a successful career at The Farm, arguably the UK's foremost post-house, looking after huge TV series such as Britain's Got Talent, X-Factor, Top Gear and many, many more. When budgets changed, client demands got bigger and her passion waned, she decided it was time to do something different.
