Guest Bio:

Tricia Duffy is a polymath. A media consultant, podcaster, public speaker, songwriter, and singer based in West London. She began her career as a cruise ship entertainer in the U.S., transitioned into TV roles at IMG, Sky, and BBC, and founded the strategy consulting firm Lily Grey in 2012. After pursuing a Masters in songwriting, in 2017, she has made music through her Americana duo, Duffy & Bird and her solo project Little Lore, and in 2023 she became the UK Chapter Coordinator for the Nashville Songwriters Association International. She created her philosophy, podcast and community, In Ten Years Time, to support others by sharing her experience navigating the challenges of combining consulting and songwriting. Tricia also writes music for other artists and media.
