We are thrilled to welcome back USMC and US Navy veteran, Montel Williams, to Celebrity Salute! Montel and Randy discuss his time in the military, and how it informed his decision to write a great book about the U.S.S. Intrepid. “The Sailing of the Intrepid” is written by Williams and David Fisher, and the book tells of the Intrepid’s initial combat voyage, during World War II, when the ship and crew survived a Japanese torpedo plane attack in 1944.
