We often view humour as a strength in male leaders. The leader that can help people laugh together is heralded as a great leader. However, is it the same for women? Are women leaders viewed in the same way when they are being funny? Author, speaker, trainer and improv comedian extraordinaire Kathy Klotz-Guest will be on the show to share her views on humour and women in the workplace as well as some tips on bringing humour to leadership in an engaging and inclusive way.
