As Sandra says, "What we are imagining is the paint we are throwing on the canvas of our life!" And just as a steady diet of junk food will have a degenerative, detrimental effects on our bodies, a steady diet of mental junk food will have a detrimental, degenerative effect on our mind and our spirit. When we tether ourselves to the imaginings, offerings, beliefs, blocks, and presets of others, we are abdicating our own power of conscious creation.
